We spent three years searching for such a liquid, and what we discovered was quite simply honeytastic!
Our single malt liquid is selected from a single revered Highland distillery delivering weight, mouthfeel and complexity, carefully produced in batches ensuring balance, consistency and full flavour in every release.
Aged in First-Fill American Bourbon casks for a smooth, honeytastic balance of vanilla, green apple and gentle spice, rounded off with a warm oak finish. River Rock Single Malt is a modern expression of Single Malt Scotch whisky.
Non-chill filtered and bottled at 40% ABV, River Rock is crafted with integrity and defined by flavour.
River Rock Single Malt is a moreish, contemporary dram, softer, more inviting and quietly confident, with unmistakable honeytastic charm.
One which is less traditional, more welcoming. Less challenging, more effortless.

Nose
Brightly malty, with touches of fresh orchard fruits and a honeyed vanilla.
Pallet
Rounded and smooth. Baked apple, light toffee and toasted marshmallow over a gentle oak structure
Finish
Creamy, warming and balanced, leaving a lingering, gentle finish of oak, vanilla and soft warming spice.
