With a sweeter taste profile, River Rock is perfect for enjoying neat with a large chunk of ice.
But every once in a while, we want to mix it up a little and what better way than by combining some of our favourite things - campfires & toasted marshmallows!
- 50ml River Rock Single Malt
- 5ml Toasted Marshmallow Syrup*
- 3 dashes Angostura Aromatic Bitters
*For the TOASTED MARSHMALLOW SYRUP:
- 500ml Water
- 400ml sugar
- 6 toasted marshmallows
- Add sugar, marshmallows and water to a pan
- Heat gently until marshmallows have dissolved
- Remove from heat and strain
- Fill glass with ice
- Pour River Rock over ice and give it a swirl
- Add marshmallow syrup & bitters and stir gently
